1 on 1 personal training at Birmingham Ultimate Fitness is all about you. Your trainer will build a workout plan that is 100% individualized for your goals and limitations. Nothing is cookie cutter about any of our programs. No gimmicks, just hard work, and proper nutrition.
With your health and wellness in mind, you will be taught proper exercise techniques and will be educated in regard to exercise principles and how your prescribed exercise program will help you. We want to teach you as much as train you.

Womens Programs

Virtual Training
Has distance or the pandemic kept you away? We offer an all in one smartphone application to help maintain your fitness goals from a far. This app will monitor your workout progression, your nutrition and your habits. providing you a three tier virtual approach for success.
We can either build you an easy to follow step by step program or do live 1:1 sessions through the app. but either way there is a real trainer on the other end helping you along the way.
Corrective Training
Don’t let your injury get you down… Get better! Designed to attain specific physical benefits. This program is aimed to improve and maintain range of motion, strengthen weakened muscles, increase joint flexibility, and more.
Senior Fitness Programs
The aging process can wreak havoc on the body. What you may not know, is that you can limit how much the aging process affects you and your body.
We believe in a proper balance of our controlled and safe weight lifting principles along with a rededicated implementation of proper senior specified nutritional practices. You can alleviate many of the unfavorable downsides to your aging body.
